Important Notice  

With the current lockdown, the world of travel and holidays is at a standstill.

Africa's wildlife, wonder and warm welcomes are still there and we'd love to help you experience them, when the time is right to travel.


With this in mind please find our COVID Assurance:

1. Should we be prevented from providing your holiday owing to any FCDO Covid-19 restrictions in the UK or your destination, we will refund all the money you have paid.

2. Should you wish to transfer your affected holiday to alternative dates we will do so quickly and efficiently and will do all possible to confirm the original itinerary at the same price though this is not always guaranteed.

3. Should you have to cancel or amend your holiday our normal Terms & Conditions will apply however we will do all we can to minimise the charges applied during these challenging and unprecedented times.

4. We will act as swiftly as possible in processing all communications and actions with you or your travel agent.

5. Should your holiday be affected at any point from the day of departure then we do all we can to assist you under the obligations placed upon us by the Package Travel Regulations 2018 and our Terms & Conditions.

If you have already booked with us

If you have a holiday booked with us you will be contacted by your travel agent or ourselves in good time before your intended departure date to discuss the options available to you should they be required to be changed.

We understand you may be concerned about your holiday going ahead and we can reassure you that we are working with our suppliers in Africa and the airlines to come up with the best solution for you. This may be you re-booking your holiday for a later date, cancelling your holiday or delaying a decision whilst the impact of the Covid-19 virus develops and we all know more about the travel restrictions being amended. 

During this ongoing situation we will continue to monitor the situation closely and comply with the advice received from the relevant official organisations. As a result of such advice we will update and amend our response and actions on an ongoing basis.   

The welfare and safety of each member of our team is of paramount importance and as such, we have limited staff working from home, so please bear with us, we will endeavour to respond to your communication as soon as possible.
