Calling all foodies. Jamala Madikwe’s chef and general manager is a genius at finely tuning food to match the safari experience. This is bush dining at its best.
Aside from game viewing in a malaria-free zone, one of our favourite things to do here is stay put. The villas have lovely little extras like private outdoor showers. And there’s a watering hole right next to the lodge. An afternoon spent on sofa safari here, with a pair of binoculars and a G&T, is an afternoon well spent.
Jamala Madikwe is run in a polished and professional way. It makes a great camp for honeymooners.
