South Africa

We tend to view Johannesburg as nothing more than a stopover. In fact, most of us jet in and out as quickly as we can. But rather than rush, we recommend stopping to smell the Jacaranda.

Jo’burg has an energy. And we know where to find it

Johannesburg has a great international airport. We usually allow quite a bit of time to transfer from Johannesburg Airport to the hotels as the traffic can be unpredictable and heavy.

Johannesburg generally enjoys mild weather with a good amount of sunshine all year round. October to April the weather is hot and humid with a chance of rain and thunderstorms. Between May and September it is dry and sunny with chilly nights.
