Never mind raising the bar: the One&Only Cape Town sends the bar into orbit. As far as we are concerned, this hotel is so glamorous and exclusive, it verges on the iconic.
One restaurant is the brainchild of Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, who serves faultless Nobu food using locally sourced ingredients. The other, Ochre, puts a contemporary twist on traditional South African dishes, served up with breathtaking views of Table Mountain. A blissful, award-winning spa. An infinity pool ringed with swaying palm trees. And with their private balconies and terraces, the rooms and suites are nothing short of perfect.
The One&Only has a fantastic location on the Cape Town Waterfront. We recommend a room with a mountain view, there's nothing quite as special as waking up to a beautiful view of Table Mountain.
