The food at Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse is so good, it's a good idea to pack a pair of elasticated waist trousers. The owners, Richard and Mouse, are famous in the local area for their excellent food and fine dining: Richard's seven-course dinners are the stuff of legends. Even the breakfasts here are a sit-down, three-course affair. If you do over indulge, you could always walk off a few of those extra pounds in the Drakensberg. These rugged mountains are the highest in South Africa.
