If you’ve just been on safari, ticked off the Big Five and had your fill of early starts but aren’t ready to leave the tranquillity of the bush just yet, we’d suggest you head to Finch Hattons. You’re still in great game viewing territory but here no-one will bat an eye if you simply want to spend your days relaxing by one of the pools or pampering yourself at the spa. And the dining is quite exceptional too, from silver service bush breakfasts to sundowners with Kilimanjaro as a backdrop.
The team chose a perfect spot on the hills for our sundowner drinks and canapes - watching the sun set over Kilimanjaro in the distance was a very special moment.
